Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Information
Purpose
This page provides general information about our organization’s participation in the Ethnocultural Immigration Initiative in partnership with the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants seeking an endorsement should meet the eligibility requirements established by both our organization and the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. Eligibility may include demonstrated ties to the community, settlement intent in Manitoba, and compliance with all current MPNP requirements. Additional supporting documentation may be requested.
Endorsement Process
- Submit a request for endorsement with all required supporting documents.
- Applications are reviewed by the organization.
- Eligible applicants may be invited for additional information or an interview if required.
- Successful applicants may receive an endorsement letter where appropriate.
MPNP Invitation to Apply (ITA)
An endorsement from our organization does not guarantee nomination or permanent residence. Endorsed candidates may be considered by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for an Invitation to Apply (ITA). If an ITA is issued, applicants must submit a complete MPNP application for assessment. Final decisions are made solely by the Government of Manitoba.
